Re: your comment on start-up.
I know this is Africa, but Perkoa is a very simple flowsheet and 'small' by today's standards. Post-commissioning, I would expect this plant should be producing a sulphide con in a few months - not sure it'll take a full 12 months.
Just a thought, as most of the projects I have commissioned (if designed correctly!) were throttled up quite quickly.
I guess it'll depend on how well the Perkoa project is managed!
And from previous posts, you know what I think about that!
