• FY revenue and other income from ordinary activities $329.6 million, up $1.0 million from last year
• FY net profit for the period attributable to members $40.7 million , up 3 percent
• Final dividend 13.00 cents per share , declared for FY 17, 50% franked
• Fy 18 NPBT guidance between $45.0 million and $55.0 million
• Sees dividends of 26.00 cents per share for FY 18; franking levels are uncertain
• In FY18 , Co's growth in office stock will be significantly lower than during the last 7 years
