AAR are a small cap miner that has a handful of staff. They have been around for decades and managed to do not much. All of a sudden they have a nice little goldmine which for virtually no effort has put enough money into the company's coffers to keep them all in comfortable jobs until retirement. They are held by a few thousand shareholders with no-one of any real power to 'demand' results and performance. Sure they probably dream of making it big but they have sat on Koongie Park for years. I think AAR will do well over time and I have a nice holding, but to expect management to fall over themselves to rush out announcements is probably asking a bit much. Their track record definately supports this. P.S. I hear they have enough cash to move into a much nicer office.
