    Yes I agree with your reasoning.
    But judging by the SP the market is not interested (yet).
    What will it take....?....when will that happen ...?
    Will PALA do to KAS what the managed to do to PEN...drive the price down further.? Were they buying up via a complicit company while this was happening.?
