Hi Christo, the statement says RIM has a positive obligation to distribute profits so there must be some sort of agreement, it goes on to mention board approval after loan obligations and tax but I think the surplus cash must be distributed to the shareholders who I think are MIN and NMT, but it's RIM not MIN who distribute the cash, Loop.
