Agreed! Mr Horth's salary is unjustifiable considering the poor decisions by management and the board which have brought about such severe destruction of investors' capital. The board couldn't get what was considered a low-ball offer from 2 potential suitors over the line. Looks like it wasn't so low-ball after all! The image of a pig with lipstick comes to mind for some reason...
Seriously, I think there needs to be a clean-out of the Vocus board and management. Horth needs to be removed. Perhaps we could start a petition...
