Exactly Mike It's all a big headache for our team do deal and solve this issue. When they do we will know about it. Till then it's a waiting game. People ramping up obviously want to rid themselves of options as they expire in March. Those ramping down want cheap heads.
It's just noise and makes no difference to my long term plan. GLTA.
