Would i be right to guess that the risk increases with SP for a speculative stock unless the company keeps the shareholders informed as otherwise the speculative index will reach a point where those who bought at peanuts cost will find an otherwise bargain price too tempting to sell at and get out.

I am only new to this but i have seen companies that do not have "price sensitive" information to release but they send out progress updates ,,, however brief ... that keeps a lid on speculation index reaching explosion and triggering sell out ... yeah?
