Here's an excerpt from Hanking's half yearly report (emphasis is mine);
Reads to me like these guys are serious about mining at Mt. Gilmore if it pans out.
Just an FYI for those that aren't aware, Hanking bought the SXO gold tenement in 2013 for $19.7M, advanced it from a spec to a mine within 4 years and sold it April this year for $330M.
