Weather Lottery

Anyone know much about this lottery which is on the ACU website? Claims to have a guaranteed jackpot of 1 mill per week. Thought you would have to at least sell a million worth of tickets before you could offer that or is this part of the "new insured" concept of lotto. Have not seen any kind of marketing for that or the magpie millions also available from the website. Is this something that has been there for a while and I just completely missed it or has it just popped up. Surely a stand alone website would look more professional than the factory direct approach.
