Hi everyone, I've hit my accumulation limit so I would really like to know who is still selling? *facepalm*
Looking at the numbers I tend to agree with the $1 valuation.
With the current fundamentals it is not hard to imagine AUD$7.5m in profit in the next 12 months, a P/E of 40 is not too ambitious for a business that can grow 50% in the next 12 months (Pagasus alone could achieve that). So a market cap of 300m in 12 months is not unreasonable ($1 per share).
Even if you assume a modest $5m profit in the next 12 months, with a modest PE of 26 (assuming a modest 6% growth per quarter) you get a valuation of $130m (43c per share).

-Risk of going bankrupt (nil)
-Downside risk (low)
-Potential for further growth (incredibly high)
-Directors have skin in the game? (Yes)
Can someone please enlighten me as to why this is a good time to be selling?
