So for all the hot air, rhetoric and BS that Whirly has sprouted, and all the company announcements regarding their efforts and findings at FGP, the SP remains stagnant and volume dismal.

Why? Because of a problem.

Problem definition: total lack of trust in management based on their incompetence in the past.

Problem solution:  prove up the FGP resource and then demonstrate how they will convert that into shareholder wealth and actually do it.

How do you get the market to trust you? By being honest and having integrity in dealing with shareholders and not withholding information; By planning your work and working to that plan.  

Are they capable of this? Only by putting the interests of their shareholders first. So in essence, probably not.
