To get this deal across the line, FFT needs 90% of MSP votes which equates to 427m shares.
Never seen a successful bid at a discount to the current share price - It's similar to FFT putting a bid up for 427m shares to buy at 3c. My question is who would sell into that bid when the SP was sitting at 4.4c?
This bid imo can not be in the best interest of MSP shareholders.
When I bought my 10m shares, I wanted a 10c minimum return on my investment. For those voting no and for a better deal please email me your share numbers and account name to jbrownlow77 @ gmail.com
For the record, myself and a few colleagues have enough shares to block the current takeover but would be great to get more numbers.
