Lucky guess but you picked it...not at all what I was expecting...I guess on a positive note you could say they were lucky to raise the cash in this environment.
What bothers me is Hartleys placing a valuation of aaround $2.50 and then does a placement a week later at near half the price.
The company has stated it would look after the long and short term interests of shareholders, this appears to be a signifcant blow toshort term holders.
Will be interested to see who the placement went to...
