hi Blackcap in answer to your comments on ST.........the escarpment is already developed so all that is required is some expenditure on getting the coal down the hill.
They had talked about a conveyor system.
Now they have steady as she goes production at Stockton I think they will continue to mine the best of it for 5 years and then relocate the Stockton carrage way to the escarpment.
Huge equipment cost saving to be had.
