We will get dividends eventually, but first there are important things to do that will be more beneficial for the company - such as paying of our 15%pa debt (should not take long) and making sure we have enough cash to get the 5 million tonnes pa output up and running.
Dividends are great to get but they won't necessarily improve the SP a lot if the company can invest their surplus cash to improve overall earnings. The SP will follow earnings. You only have to look at companies like COH and CSL to see how share prices can soar with only small dividends.
