What investor and/or share holder would want to invest in this Co...my reading of the fairly complicated documents seems to be nothing more than that of a shelf Co the s/holders have little economical value /interest in, where is the s/holders value in all this... what have I missed !!!...I can't see any benefit/value for the s/holder for now... most assets have been eroded away....accordingly, it is my view that they will not be able to raise all the funds/placement required....
