What a great buying opportunity... Have the fundamentals changed? Has the market imploded?? Depending on one's investment window and their appetite for risk, I can't see to many reasons not to buy at these levels... Particularly looking 2-3 year time frame, at these prices It's still going to pay a better return than term deposits in a bank??? Of course, I'm not a Resident of Austraila for tax purposes, i don't have the issue of CGT considerations when trading...
