Maybe they are referring to leveraging their vibration control activities? These would normally be directed at industrial customers (think factories etc), rather than the residential construction market. But i'm not sure we are expecting a manufacturing renaissance any time soon.
This sort of stuff can also be directed at shipbuilding and the like (think frigates and subs), but I'm not sure this would deliver sufficient volume.
Perhaps they are aiming to direct it toward the impending avalanche of infrastructure projects (can be applied to bridges, rail etc).
