You say you're stating facts well let's state a few. Let's say you're right and Commbank CEO makes 12 million. What do you think his CBA share portfolio is worth? What do you think he get's paid in performance bonuses?
Fact is these highly credible people who run this business like a space project, which it is, are being paid just over $200K. My wife gets paid more than that and while she's an intelligent lady, she ain't no rocket scientist! The consultancy, directors fees I would say are rather cheap considering. What would it cost if this was all Brett Mitchell's idea? What would it cost him to pay people like Meir and co to runs this program for us?
These are performance based, milestone shares that I highly doubt they have converted into cash. Who would rather those shares in the hands of than those people running this co? Their absolute interest as is all of ours is a high SP to CR. If you're concerned about these shares, then you'll sheet your pants next year!
No one wants to see dilution but if it is into the hands of mgmt then they have control of this company instead of the big instos, they could very well set this up and be taken over for peanuts. There is talk of this happening over at GXY now.
If these guys get super rich from this baby then more power to them. What did I do, but put up some money along the way in the hope that I would do well too and they have returned the favour 3 fold.
As for a Friday after market release. Doesn't look cool does it? But as I said as much as you and I mgmt primary interest right now is a higher SP. Would you have preferred that they release it this arvo so people like yourself would lose their minds without thinking?
