Yep anything could happen.

But the facts are, there were two bidders just a few days ago with 3.50 bids. So either they got cold feet or the board wasn't happy with that offer.

Worse case - they got cold feet and thought 3.50 was to much. But their thinking is in and around that number hence their original bid. Right now the share price is 2.50, pretty decent discount.

If they were strongly considering $3.50 - I wonder what they'd think about a $1 discount.
