Wonder if the increased take is only on the production level over the specific threshold. Ie if 120K barrels is it 15% on first 50K barrel (7500), 20% on the next 50K barrels (10,000) and 25% of the remaining 20K barrels (5,000) giving a total govt take of 22,500 out of 120K (this to me would make more sense otherwise big incentive to produce just under the relevant threshold) OR is it 25% of 120K giving 30,000 government take. Anyone know?
