Well that depends on the level of interest in the ICO.. unfortunately there is no way of knowing just how popular it will be.
I have seen ICO's sell out $60 million in 30 sec
I have also seen ICO's not sell much over few weeks.
With power ledger , i don't think it will be a big hit but the company is confident in raising over $20 mill USD , apparently they are getting a lot of inquiries... apparently
