    What is not thought through here
    The reason the board agreed to SOA was we needed money to drill
    The pipe was not going to be built
    And a hole bunch of problems
    Now it's all blue skies
    So WTF would the board agree to a SOA
    It is impossible that any board could be so vile and not in the best interests of shareholders
    They got away with it once with a farrago of lies
    So many believed the lies and voted yes
    Remember needing 100 plus million now what a miracle 25 million and this has been raised
    And do we spend another 2 million for a SOA
