you go work out the sp for a takeover at 70million...Shareholders would have crumbled if an offer came in at a 40-50% premium...
as I said, previous oil majors have drilled exploration (wild cats had no success... oil shows just dont cut it in this industry, gas flares (I dont care)... unless its oil and its flowing fast then it is nothing...
here is the list of oil majors that have suffered and can be seen on the unethical $7 valuation of the company ...
drilled 3 wells in Puntland in 1980's with oil shows only.
conoco drilled 2 wells with oil shows only
agip made a discovery with no certainty of commerical viability..
exxon unsuccessful in 1959, Amerada Hess in the 1970's unsuccessful...
One drilling program had to be cut short by a revolution
....

Whilst the same oil structures and rock types can be found in Puntland as in Yemen doesnot mean RRS will discover...
Puntland Govt will take a 50% tax
quote-"theres unrest in the region with Range operators to be targets"
"range operations are under military protection"
and they are using $40us per barrel to value the discovery... this is a nonsense price to use....
I demand company comes out and upgrades valution on company to $14....
