As I say, I am of the opinion (rightly or wrongly) that there will be another SOA late this year or early next year. I have no doubt that the Board will recommend SOA.
I really cannot see them rejecting the SOA and saying
"No we are going to keep CTP in public hands and get all the profits we can for the company shareholders".
In my opinion given the apathy of the 6,000 shareholders. the next SOA will succeed, UNLESS a significant amount of the 6,000 shareholders stand up and get counted.
Probably only need 2,000 maybe 2,500. But anything greater than the number of heads that vote for the SOA will do even if it is one vote.
If they can get past 50% of the head count (in person or by proxy) then there is a reasonable chance that MB may go hostile.
I don't think that anyone will belly up and organise a significant portion of the 6,000 shareholders to make that happen.
If any person is out there wanting to do it, go right ahead. !
