    Would not a repeat stunt attract the attention of ASIC . After newspaper reports on the last fiasco and approaches by shareholders CTP must be on the ASIC radar . Maybe that's not a concern to certain parties .
    But I would have thought that Shareholders' welfare would be high on ASIC's concern list .
