It's standard wording for a TH, gives them "until Tuesday" to get the anns out. So yes it's possible we receive it prior to Monday's open, or even during the day on Monday, but generally companies release on the day it's due.
Although CGM does have a habit of releasing during the day so set up an alert IMO!
