Can't agree with you there Hairy. He was given multiple chances witnessed by the entire population. During his Prime Minister-ship he exposed his vacuity and poor judgement at crucial times, that have been a hallmark of his political career, which were the reasons his own Party removed him from the role.

I'm sure he is the exact opposite outside of politics but he left any political observer in absolutely no doubt he did not have enough to offer, he could not grow into the role, he could not operate cooperatively with his colleagues, he could not abide by appropriate Cabinet processes and inflicted cringe worthy episodes on us that seemed to come with such frightening regularity that almost the population was shocked that such an unfit candidate could ever have been considered for the top job (even though he's not been the first and will not be the last).

His time as P.M. was a failure at best and an appallingly bad joke at worst, for myself the shame is he has no idea how much of a laughing stock he is.

Personally I wish him all the best but no longer at our expense. He's had he day in the sun, we should no longer be held hostage by the time wasting vacuous opportunism he represents, which unfortunately he has proven it's all he has to contribute politically.

I must say his charity efforts admirable but one does not cancel out the other IMO.
