Ramping post aside, I've been trying to work out my personal trading strategy. I'm sitting on a huge profit, but I've run my numbers on stage 3 and 2. My conservative maths sees a market capitalisation of $500m or about 40c in 2018. This takes into account a 50% discount for general risk. The QQ JV agreement is worth significant value on its own - if a new ASX company were to list such an entity without AGY's financing capacity it's market cap would probably test $100m.
Point is, even without the QQ JV, we're very undervalued in regards to stage 3. So my strategy then? I'm waiting and seeing - because this China JV really could be a monster.
