we have been told all blue skies
any such attempt would be suicide to the board and probably never work again
they wanted a second chance as a board will they screw up again
wouldn't dilution to achieve a takeover after the first fiasco and mac the underwriter suspicious to say the least
mac wants as big a cut to the pie possible,if mac gets 10 percent no one else will come with a cheap bid
they after all hold 50 percent of ex santos field
