I think "immediately" is a bit harsh, Explacly, if they get the R&D rebate. With the rebate they can struggle on a bit longer.

Without the rebate they probably have about six weeks - with it you can maybe add another ten weeks.

Currently the market cap of $16.5 million is based on 1,100,216,853 shares. What needs to be borne in mind is the possible issue of 157,739,522 performance shares with a very low hurdle.

And, Explacly, I share your amazement that a holder who has invested over $500,000 in a company feels no need to read the annual report accounts.
