Just wondering(genuinely)...how often does a share price reach one mentioned in a broker report?

I mean,no doubt it's nice to have a report with a target price well north of here and buying from the institution on the back of it. But hc is full of threads with mentions of broker reports with targets well north of the the share price, yet the share price doing the complete opposite and never getting remotely close to the brokers targets. I'm sure petras clients are in the market to make money, can't imagine any of them who bought on their initial reco would be overly impressed.
