The two products are Klip and Lilly.

Klip is a product to measure a businesses efficiency. Therefore they could use it to see where they could improve their use of time etc - that's how it was explained I think at one of the road shows. Klip is supposed to be finished and apparently was one advantage of why a licensee would pick IAM. My understanding of this was that it would be useful when a client would fully use the services of IAM. Now that licensees are not signing up and they have the portal, I don't know how useful this is. PC has mentioned that Klip is now rolled into the portal, but the only tracking I can think of is the turnaround time of their service. Whilst this obviously helps the client understand when the work will get done, I am not too sure how it will assist the client in other areas of their business if they are only sending some of their work through. Other thoughts would be good?

Lilly is supposed to automate the SOA process. This is the game changer, to my knowledge. It is supposed to take over from a lot or all the functions that the overseas staff do. So you either enter or download the data into Lilly and then it spits out the SOA in 30 seconds or whatever it was. At the first road show, I think Tim was supposed to come on board and Lilly was one of his priorities. Lilly was supposed to be done Q1 2017 calender year. Can't remember exact events after that but the next we heard I think the portal was then being introduced and Lilly was put on the backburner to concentrate on the portal. Lilly is apparently complete but needs some final adjustments. It is currently only working for either risk or insurance SOA's (can't remember but it's on their website) and not finalised for the other 4-5 functions. Timing? Early in the year I think it was mentioned at some point that Lilly would be 2 months away - so going off that you could say that it will take them 2 months to finalise once they get started. Portal is now complete so you would assume they have started based on what we have been advised.
