Any manager will tell you to investigate the facts before they respond publicly. That takes time. Also note that their operations are on foreign soils, and some us know there are people here who have no hesitation leaning on contacts in those foreign places for information that are outside a company's direct control. Astute people can determine what is happening by how they frame questions. Sometimes, it is what is not said that gives the answer and you can in terms of probability, decide to get your ducks in line or not.

As a shareholder, I am more motivated if any leak is positive and it is speculative, because we really don't know. Given both operations in lithium and graphite and other fingers in the pie I would say on the balance of probabilities the price will rise considerably.
