I think that this is horrendous, and I sympathise with you all.

The big worry that I have for the company is the fact that CPS will only underwrite $1m of the hoped-for $4.2m, and presumably at only 2.5c.

Did management hawk the CR around and this was the best it could get?

Any holder should be deeply concerned imo.

The CR is likely to get only part of the $4.2m. Let's say $2m after expenses. Add that to what should be in kitty (say $1.8m, but who knows!!) and there will be decent money to explore for a while, but the process would have been at a great loss to the MC and of shareholder loyalty. The drilling will need to yield excellent results in order to attract more money. This is the big punt I suppose. Last throw of the dice?
