Doesn't RJT have caps so that AUD appreciation above 90Yen doesn't affect the AUD value of the assets? It isn't fully hedged from my understanding but efectively so above this level. At less than NTA and forecast div yield of 10-11% isn't this a sweet albeit slow way to wealth?
