11 cents is irrelevant, its the MC that counts. Then it just depends on what value you place on the tenements held by Eloro. If this was just moose pasture somewhere, then yes, I would agree that it is overvalued at the current market cap, but given the proximity to other significant low cost deposits and the fact that La Victoria has never been drilled the MC is justified based on the probability of finding gold and upside potential.
If you are thinking about buying in after they strike a rich vein, expect to pay a substantial premium
