Its hard to see the situation improving for shareholders unfortunately. There is basically no cash left and now that we know about the payables of $670,000 it's clear that a CR will be required just to remain solvent. There is already 1 billion shares on issue, how many more shares will get issued to keep the lights on and pay salaries?
And how do you raise capital and at what price given all the uncertainty? The salaries are substantial and the company already owes $1.1 million to the note holders. And if VRC can't raise capital then they default on the loan and the note holders get the asset. It's clear that this was the play, if everything goes sideways then note holders take the asset for $1 million.
I don't understand why you would support this nonsense, it's a disgrace.
