    I do not dispute what you say in general terms .

    Except what excuse the Board uses will become totally irrelevant, if MB and friendlies have the required number of heads and shares to get the next SOA approved.

    Your comments imply that shareholders would revolt , I accept that, BUT without the numbers to defeat the SOA (and that would mean the number of heads voting for NO was greater than the YES vote) it is irrelevant what they (Board) say.

    All that is relevant is how many heads and shares vote on the day.
