they have reinvested heavily for the future muss, both r & d and marketing. Health software is not an easy game. In their favour they do have recurring income streams , serious upside will only come from success in SE Asia.
You really need to have a 2 to 3 year view, it would move sharply higher if they won overseas contracts.
