At the end of the day your either in or out, good luck picking up Nor shares at 0.4cents. If the company releases an announcement stating all deals have failed then you may be right, But......

With the release of World Wifi any day from now to next week, followed by expected revenue deal/s from the Affinion card processor, and or other deals in the pipeline. you will be sorry you missed out, any thing under 3 cents will look real cheap. Do a little more homework
