    The price you are quoting is the refined nickel price. How many miners in Australia refine their concentrate? Is the price rise the increased cost of refining or what proportion is. It is not so long ago that the price of petrol went up because of a lack of refining capacity not lack of oil. With the news of more power blackouts around the world you can be sure that power costs are going to play an important part of metal prices.
