If they think the result will be great, why don't they do it afterwards ?
If they think the result is crap, what is the point to do SPP with the risk of their credibility and trust?
If they have absolutely no idea about the result, why raise the fund now?
Sadly my previous experience with other companies are that this situation usually means bad results and company needs the fund for new project, this however does not seem to be the case as NTL has the fund now and doesn't need a new project even the Bonanza results are bad. I can only have my trust on the management.
