Payment by HCM for BKN

I received a letter from a today company calling themselves "Phoenix Administration Services" regarding the payment of the share entitlement for the acquisition by HCM.

Buried against the legalese is the statement that by their acting on my behalf they will charge me "one fifth of the impost fee due to Phoenix for services rendered".

IMO: If you receive a letter like this, and you were a holder of BKN shares, tear it up and ring Tony on the official HCM offer Hotline on 1300 648 150 and he will arrange forms to be sent to you and payment arranged at no cost.
