Agreed but you also have to take into account that most (all?) of the big insto's are friendly/ onside with the board. If the board have brought them onboard with a plan in mind and there's agreements to stick to that plan then there's nothing anyone can do about it.
Saying that we all know dollars talk, but takeover offers at anywhere near these levels can take a hike IMO
