    Someone wants to dump their shares at any price. It is hardly manipulation but just sound strategy to have orders where someone is dumping them.

    Fundamentals have not changed --at least we do not know about any changes.

    I am a buyer at these levels as the downside is not much more than 37 cents but upside far more.
