Look at the tick for XJO. Support is holding, but the falls are deeper and the rallies are weaker.
Farsight pointed this out, and its oh so true.
Its like a descending triangle, which is a bad bullish sign at the verge of major support.
If the support goes. our index is stuffed.
And the likelihood of a good green dow tonight is minimal.
