They moved their head office to Silverwater and then sold the property they were in at Chiswick. I am not sure how much the old property was sold for but I am assuming it covered the $600K that was required to buy VGS. The $2.7 remaining on the sale price is dependent on furture sales, I am not sure of the details here but as VGS was basically broke, you will find Len has secured some favourable terms.

1000 machines will not cover the Europe order, I have been able to work out, (without confirmation from AGI) that order is for at least 3000.

I am not sure what machines they will have in stock, the new or old one, or the number. 1000 is what these guys generally have hanging around in storage.
