    Aug 31 (Reuters) - Westoz Investment Company Ltd (WIC)

    • Intends to issue new bonus options to its shareholders in ratio of 1 option for every 10 ordinary shares they hold
    • Each option will give holder opportunity, but not obligation, to subscribe for an additional share in co at a price of $1.06
